Software Gore 2

Heya internet fellas, second post in the same year! Didn't expect that did ya?
So yeah, I'm back with some shenanigans from where I work, just computers doing silly stuff.
Let's get right into it!
For the first one I wanted to show you guys a real throwback to the legacy era Windows.
A partially corrupted install made it so the task manager had this trail effect:
For the second one here we have windows being dumb and asking for a windows 10 update on windows 11:
Happened to me when I force updated to win 11 from an iso while an update was still available, so it stayed in cache after. :^)
And to save the best for last, this is not technically software gore but oh well, it's too silly not to talk about.
So long story short a client had some connectivity issues only on 2 specific computer setups, we checked them but they had nothing wrong, the main switch was fine too. So we dig deeper and go directly on the box in the wall where the cables for the wall plugs run, only to find this abomination:
What's interesting is that this actually somewhat works, it splits the the 4 twisted pairs between the two cables downstream, but as you can imagine this isn't exactly ideal.
